OC Symphony Receives City Designation

The Orange County Symphony recently received the seal of approval from the City of Anaheim when they were the proud recipients of the Proclamation as the Designated Symphony of the City of Anaheim. This Proclamation was signed by the entire City Council and presented at a City Council Meeting.

The Proclamation was received by the Executive Director, Dorothy Rose, Board President Mike Anderson, Secretary Carol Latham and Board Advisors representatives Susan and Stephen Faessel and Joe Dale.

The Orange County Symphony moved from Garden Grove in 2002 and has undergone a significant transformation in growth, professionalism and quality under the leadership of Musical Director Anthony Parnther since 2008.

Concerts are held in the Servite Theater and with the affordable prices offered, have made it easy for all members of the community to share in the beauty and magic of music they provide.
